Understand the feelings of women is sometimes difficult, especially when it comes to romance and matters of the bed. However, a study trying to figure out what women about sex and found some pretty interesting findings.
The researchers at the Kinsey Institute conducted a telephone survey of 1,000 heterosexual women about their sexual relationship. The result found that the factors mood, well-being and relationship factors are the most important factors for the sexual satisfaction of women.
"In general, the women said that the partner's sexual satisfaction is more important than the experience of orgasm itself. The woman also claimed that more important is when they feel emotionally close to the couple and feel comfortable talking about sex with a partner," said John Bancroft, MD, director of the Kinsey Institute, as reported by WebMD, Monday (04/29/2013).
The participants in the survey of women aged 20-65 years and admitted that he had relationships with a partner for at least 6 months. According to respondents, the factors that determine a woman's sexual satisfaction are as follows:
- Welfare in general, means excited, calm, and be in a good mood
- Sexual experience subjectively, ie emotional reactions during sex
- The attraction of spouse
- The sexual response as the body changes that occur during sex, including orgasm
- The frequency of sexual activity with a partner
- Sensitivity to the needs of female mate
- Health women's own
- Health partner
However, Bancroft highlight that because researchers only asked about sexual experiences a month earlier, the survey results represent only a piece of picture of the sexual experience. While from time to time, romance is always changing, so does sex drive, mood, energy levels and sexual needs
